Quick and easy, these savoury muffins are buttery with golden crusty tops and fluffy moist insides.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (200 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp (15 g) sugar
2 tsp (10 g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
2 cups (200 g) grated cheese
a pinch of black pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/2 cup (120 g) yogurt
1/4 cup (60 g) melted butter
On top:
paprika and 1/2 cup (50 g) grated cheese
