POL vs LCC-27 Gas Fitting for my OONI Pizza Oven

In 2021, Australia introduced the LLC-27 gas fitting to be introduced gradually over the following ten years. The POL fitting has been around for a long time and the new LCC-27 fitting addresses three main issues.
1. It has a right-handed thread instead of the POL fitting's left handed thread. This makes it more intuitive for people to use.
2. It has a safety shut off valve that stops gas from coming out of the bottle when no fitting is attached even if the flow valve is accidentally opened. This makes it safer for transporting and storage, with no chance for leakage.
3. The fitting has a much larger securing knob which makes it so much easier for people with less strong hands to tighten compared to the old POL fittings.
The good thing about the LCC-27 valve assembly on the gas bottle is that it can take the LCC-27 gas fitting and also the old POL fitting.
Old style POL fittings on gas bottles can only fit the POL fitting.
