Ooni Karu 16 Gas Burner Setup

Hello! Welcome to our learning to cook pizza journey! My Ooni Karu 16 Pizza Oven that I bought in June arrived and I also bought the Ooni Gas Burner to go with it. In this video, I unbox, fit, and show the heat-up time using the gas burner. I also cook a lovely Autumnal apple slice dish with sugar and cinnamon. On low flame, the burner cut out during the cook, so I cooked at just above low flame on the dial. At 460c air temp, the stone is at 430c in the centre. It took 35 minutes for the oven to heat up to 430c on the stone on full flame.
