In Young People's Chorus of New York City's fifth visit to Japan, Artistic Director/Founder Francisco J. Núñez leads the chorus in a country-wide, month-long tour, with 18 performances. This performance takes place at Tokorozawa Muse Ark Hall in Tokorozawa Japan. The Young People's Chorus of New York City is recognized worldwide for its award-winning performances and spectacular artistry. YPC brings together children from all walks of life to make beautiful music and friendships, creating new opportunities and a brighter future for thousands of YPC children and their communities. Music breaks down barriers. This was performed beautifully, and with proper Japanese. I can see that they put in a lot of effort to sing this. It’s an emotional song about a 15 year old who has issues and can’t share it with anyone else, and writes a letter to his/her future self hoping to find direction in life. It’s a song often played at graduation in Japan.
