Which doesn't much to be honest. In my country if you play 2 hours a day for 30 days using both gpu, the 1080 ti is just 2 dollars more in the electricity bill.
Yeah LLS is a great alternative for non 4000 série GPU, but nothing is perfect. LLS feel like a little bit more latency vs DLSS FG and have more artifact when you move fast in a first personnes shooter. 3x and 4x are great for high refresh rate monitor, but 200 FPS with x4 with a latency of 40-50 feel a bit weird and with x3 and x4 mode will have more artifact which is logical consider the process for these frame génération. I hope in the future they will be a processus with interpolation + extrapolation to reduce latency and improve the level of artifact

The only significant point about this card from a practical perspective is the considerable energy savings. However, I believe that if undervolting were done on the 1080, the card would consume a maximum of 150-180W with similar performance. As for the 4060, I'm not sure how the new cards behave after undervolting.
His card is reaching 1950mhz tho, which is only 5% less, but yes, the founder edition, for both 1080 and ti version, has a considerable lower clock on boost even.
