You should build an extension for this, put that underneath the mansion, and build a basketball or tennis court to open up above. (Money is also a thing so I understand if you can’t)
Absolutely love it, loads of places for Forge & Sage to work too! Love the air vents over Magneto, little nod to the prison break in X2? Minor detail but the swivel computer station is chef's kiss!
Great job! Enjoyed it very much. I believe the real X-mansion needs a proper Cerebro room, the danger room that fits at least three characters next to one another, a bigger classroom since it's a school and a bigger library. Existing rooms are disgracefully tiny.
I think a back wall down there would add a lot and maybe even a a partial side wall only on the lower floor so you can still access second floor rooms but also get a more complete first floor
Even though you showed us all the pieces you used I would love a full piece guide on bricklink or even you to upload this to Lego ideas because this would honestly get the votes so fast because so many people want this to be made!!!!

You can't get licensed projects for themes that already exist unfortunately, so no Marvel, Star Wars, etc.
Shoot I forgot about that I really wish they would put this out as an expansion

Honestly I don’t know cause I owned all the bricks previously, but with all the flat tiles and pillars it’s pretty expensive probably

What’s the height in inches once this moc is done
The moc is 11inches tall without the mansion, with the mansion it’s almost 22 inches
