I have the same headphone as your
It can connect to the computer as "speaker" but can't output any sound
Do you know why and how to fix it?
Also, the leds of the headphone aren't enable too.

Hello, my end of my USB wireless dongle is tilted heavily, I believe it was melted from the heat from my pc. And solution?

Hello there, first I don't think the tilted USB is because of the heat, it most likely because of a strong force applied. Second, if everything still works fine, leave it be, if not then my video should help?

    Very useful video, thank you.
Is it possible to make a headset with 3 plug cables (USB [power LED], mic[Pink] 3.5mm jack, headset[Green] 3.5mm jack) to just 1 USB? I'm tired of having to use a converter to 1 3.5 jack port and take up 1 USB slot just to turn on the LED.

sorry for late reply, while it is possible I advise you not to because you will need to buy a special PCB for it and then soldering equipment and then spend time to learn. If you like that kind of project then you are welcome but If I were you, I would just buy another headset or live my life without RGB.

there can be many reasons why. My opinion is probably because of disconnected wire due to rough use or disconnected solder joint. In any cases you need to open it up to check. Hope this help

you will need a pcb like the one in my video. The easier option is to by a something like Apple dongle and use with 3.5mm jack
