i watched the video at least twice today and i'm just came back form the court ,where a tried to put in place your advice . I think a have, in the right days a pretty good serve for an amateur player, but i nersrve so well . Almost on everyserve i heard the right sound when you hit th ball well. I really look forward to see what you will do next . I also fell much more relaxed hitting bigger than before and easier on the sholuder.

Thank GOD you guys came out with a serve video. Best tennis channel on TH-cam and it's not even close. Really needed this one for my own game, as the serve is quite complex, and the impressively mediocre advice you can find on it from mainstream sources and coaches is mostly useless after a certain point.

Copying in a comment I made on one of your other videos because the two together helped me.
Awesome video. I love how you explain the technical details so thoroughly. The power and inconsistency in my serve has always fluctuated. After watching this video, I hit one practice session then played a match the next day where I was 70-80% on my first serve, and they almost never came back. For context, I've probably been playing at 40-60% first serve % this year, sometimes while losing power. This video as well as the "How to Generate EFFORTLESS POWER On The Tennis Seve In 3 Steps" helped me understand the serve so much better and simplified my approach.
I also love the PhD level explanations sprinkled in with an occasional Beavis and Butthead laugh. It's endearing, keeps it light and funny.

Look, I'm already a big fan. But this is your best video EVER. I love the tech stuff, scientific references, the graphics (!), the pro clips, the patter, the music, the outtakes, EVERYTHING. You guys really, really know your stuff when it comes to the biomechanics of tennis, and it shows. And you know how to have fun. But the production value is truly UNSURPASSED. Nowhere on TH-cam do we see anything that can hold a candle to what you all have put out there. Top notch. Well done, boys. Very, very well done.

I had watched many videos in the past to learn serve and tried applying the same but didn't get any lead.
Post watching this video, I just changed the position of the ball and tried placing it a few inches forward. Since then, I have been hitting 3-4 aces in a set.
Still a lot of practice is required to make a perfect first serve.
    Thanks.

Wrist position is new and the vertical racquet contact is also new to me in that I had my racquet too upright at contact which prevented me from using my long axis rotation to accelerate my racquet head. No wonder on my 2nd serve I would hit the net. And with a slightly bent arm and lower toss, I was able to be more effective with getting my serve to pop. Thanks for the tips!
