I usually spray in the late part of the day but I dont think it makes much difference. Just dont spray if you know it is going to rain before the stuff will dry and you should get good results!

How often do you have to apply it?
I put it on when I start to notice the mosquitoes again... if it is pretty dry it lasts 8 weeks or so. If it rains a lot it is less because it gets washed down more and you will cut the grass more
