This is by far the best review on this laptop. I have had mine since last Wednesday. You were exactly right on the display, you were right on the build quality, keyboard, performance and battery life. I am getting 12-14 hrs of light use - office, youtube, discord, teams, and accounting work. You do have to put it in battery saver mode BUT the performance does not drop off. Charging is super fast was well compared to other laptops. I thought Asus Nebula IPS screens were the best but this is damn near OLED. My only issues outside of the 2242 ssd is my trackpad stops working for a minute after i leave the computer sitting. The laptop also adjusts screen brightness which is a bit annoying sometimes but that is nothing. Outside of those issues, I have been waiting for a laptop like this for decades. I only charge the latpop when i go to bed and that is it. The cpu is very very snappy, much better than my lenovo legion 7 with a 13900hx unplugged. Its actually faster in tests on battery than my legion, not multicore of course but single threaded, its faster. Its light weight and completely silent. Everything you want in a mobile laptop.
@@TechGuyBeau have you at any time had issues with the trackpad not working? I have experienced this only a few times, but it does happen. Can you check if the hinge is directly attached to the metal body? Some laptops have the hinge attached to a plastic instead to the body, so the hinge breaks easy.

how bad are the reflections of the glossy screen in person? It looks kinda bad in the video. Does the high brightness compensate that if you use the laptop outdoors or in a very bright room?

The laptop comes with equalizer preset set to 'Music' which makes voice sound muffled. If you set it to Dynamic it sounds fine. Webcam is bad but usable.
