Yes they are AL40s and no manifold. They are just two independant AL40s one with a left handed valve and the other a normal valve. I will pull together a video in the next few weeks on setting up the whole kit.
Sweet setup! If i may ask, from the other vid you posted it looks like the counterlung is inbetween your back and the plate? How is the work of breathing with that setup?
No issues with breathing w the counterlung in this position. Its basically the same position as if I was using a sidemount harness the difference being the backplate is metal and the sidemount harness is fabric. No problems at all.
