I had such a nice time. The store is open now and I am trying to get in the groove. I thought the towels and the apron was a good price too! That apron was hand made and the towels were adorable at a very good price. I loved the watering can too! It was priced that I could decorate for resale.
I am sure lucky to have my thrift store. So far every where else has most items way overpriced. One store had the Dollar Tree Christmas trees for 4.99. Ridiculous!

@@sandyscountrycrafts The name of the store she is in is Clastique. Booth 68 and 69. 1222 N. Truman Blvd. Crystal City, Mo. She is mainly a reseller but has put a few of my crafts in her booth. There are a few more places in Crystal City if you make it there. The Rusty Rooster Mercantile and Myles of Pickens, and The Foundry. I have not been to those stores yet.

When you mentioned you want to do over the rolling pin but not using the old ones was my thought exactly. I definitely liked all that you brought back from Missouri. Great deal on the wooden box. Loved the patina. You mentioned something about a paint. I think it was called Cottage. I’ve never heard of it. Is it by Jamie Ray? I liked the stencil. I think I’ll check her out. I need some new ones. So happy you got to have some wonderful time with your family/daughter. The temperature in Missouri sounded awesome. Gosh, living in Florida where the humidity is so high along way the temp which can be 98 but feels like 108. We still have another month of this. August n September are our hottest months. I just don't have the heart to do the older rolling pins. I love the way they look. The paint is the DIY Cottage Colors. It has a built in sealer. I haven't used it yet. I had a wonderful time visiting my daughter. It was a much needed down time.

My mom and sister live in Missouri. They live in Southwest City though
My daughter is not too far from St. Louis. She use to live downtown St. Louis.
