    The nurse told you to push. Baby Bayo flew out with cord & fluids, like a movie. You were supposed to stop pushing & let the head come out, then push again for the body. I am a proud grandma. Welcome to motherhood my child.

    Hey Naomi! If you could do anything different in your pregnancy/birth, what would it be?

      oooooo good question! First thing that comes to mind is being more active! Before pregnancy I was really on top of my stuff and got some type of exercise in at least 5 days a week. But as I progressed, I got lazier and honestly lost motivation to move more than I had to. In the later stages, my feet would swell so I had to take it easy, but I always wonder if I would have had all those issues if I kept up some type of exercise.
