Second story- that's NOT animal abuse!!
The man is obviously taking care of himself and his dog the best he can with what he has to work with.
Sadly if the man went into a homeless shelter the dog wouldn't be able to come. ☹️
Some individuals lose their homes and have to live in a tent somewhere that's not abuse they have shelter obviously this guy is just going through a rough patch I have been homeless many times with and without my children and we had pets which we sadly lost because too many nosy people were lying and making up stuff.
Not just that but because I was homeless I did not win my court case so years ago I lost my children because I was homeless not that we were living outside or anything we were living in a homeless shelter.
There are guidelines that state as long as you have proper shelter proper clothes and proper food then you are not considered abusing anything whether it be a child or a furry child.
There were several families living outdoors in their vehicles and everything is fine to a degree so this animal is not being abused!!!
Some people do live outdoors in tents or they live in a cardboard box but they manage to find food for themselves and or their pets.
Ridiculous!!
People sometimes need to mind their own business but it does need to be investigated sometimes
