autism is a disability.
if theres nothing wrong with being disabled then why are we acting like its a bad word? a lot of people in the autistic community have voiced that it feels patronizing to have people avoid the word disability and make it sound like we're some sort of superhumans.
also being disabled is hard, you don't have to pity people with autism or anything but erasing the disability label erases what they go through.
just, if you come across this comment anyone, keep that in mind.

They laughed about their dreams and look where it took them ... downhill . Like the last story , the wife realized how her husband was mismanaging the business by cutting the employee's benefits . Thank God , the wife had to straighten out her husband ... he learned his lesson . For those who went uphill over their former bosses , I congratulate them . Splendid job .

My son is on the autism spectrum, and he's one of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He's only 6, but mighty. He is smart, brave, imaginative, kind, polite, and freaking HILARIOUS!!! Maybe he can't use utensils yet, or write his name, or look at a camera for a picture- but he knows the names of just about any living creature on this earth. He can tell you the differences of anything like dinosaurs, large cats, reptiles, and fish. He can recite the entire script of many movies. He can sing rock and roll (just don't watch him!) He is amazing. Autism doesn't prevent you always. Sometimes, it enhances you!

As someone who's an autistic along with 3 other disabilities, I really think people shouldn't judge an autistic before they get to know them. Autistic people may be developmentally different, but we're human, just like every other person on this planet. Society really shouldn't shut out autistic people just because of their disability.
Yeah I understand that, my girlfriend is actually autistic and I'm in love with her. People with autism are usually really really smart and I've learned that.
And I've noticed yes she does develop differently but it means nothing, people really shouldn't be judgemental about it.
I got autism and ADHD yes people pick on you for but what helps me always remember just because people say you are dumb for it does not mater they can say all they want but no matter how many times they say it will and never make it true

people have always been like this
I felt it watching this one. My son has severe autism, my nephew is also called Carson. People are afraid of what they don't know about. It really hurts to see anyone treated this way because they are different and need to communicate in other ways that are non verbal. People with asd are amazingly smart, funny without realising it and they honestly just brighten your day. Having my son who's now 14, I'd never dealt with special needs before so he's taught me alot, I've met people in groups and made freinds I never thought I would.... All because of him, his brother also with asd aged 12 and 2 sisters aged 18 and 17. I wouldn't change anything for a minute. It's taught me how to spot things I never would and to understand and deeply empathise with anyone to u derstamd and sense what they are going through so they are not alone. Autism is awesome as I say to me son. Your all amazingly awesome.
