    I just got an email from Huel saying that they have a new product available in the United States called Huel Daily Greens; I just added it to my upcoming shipment for next month.

    Slowly tried Huel over the last 2 years. Every single thing he's said is, as far as I'm concerned, 100% accurate.
    Banana Pudding Protein with Milk, after you get use to it a couple times like most Protein Anything, is also really good. Out of stock at this exact moment that I ran out, of course...

    The secret to the Original Huel is to mix it with 4oz more water than usual, shake it then place it in the fridge for 20 min, add a splash more water and shake again, it allows everything to hydrate properly making it very smooth. or just use a blender if you're in a rush.

    As i see it most of the population live on processed food so i don't see how you could not live on huel as a lot of forums dont recommend. There are people in the uk who just live on pop noodles lol so im thinking Huel will be a 100 times better for you if you just had that. Another way i like to think about it is if you was on a remote island for 3 months and had a 3 month supply of huel im pretty sure this will keep you alive and will even make you look better/ feel healthier

      I agree it’s like 100x better than standard processed food! Probably what’s holding most people back is that it’s not super salty or sugary and it’s fairly expensive.

      Lets be honest here. We are conditioned to over eat. I can get Alex Jones about this topic BUT that's too much reading. In America we eat far far more than other countries more fast food places on ever block and lack of cooking. We as a society have eliminated life skills training in our school and are not taught those skill at home so fast food is hot and ready every time. It isnt advised to live oof of it because it lacks the minerals and vitamins that we would get in a natural diet. Plant base proteins are not the same as animal proteins and lack things like copper, zink, Creatine and other ECAA's for building or maintaining muscles ..this is why vegans get sick and (sometimes) are frail and have to supplement so much because they can't get their minerals from Pea protein extract lol There are plenty of body builders that count MACROS and get a healthy blend of fats, proteins and carbs from Places like Chipotle and maintain a 2,500-3,500 cal intake while staying at 15%bf

    I'm not sure how I came by this video all the way from Asia but this was HILARIOUS! Speaking of costs, Huel just launched its cheapest option, Huel Essentials. Curious to see how that goes. These's also a new Spaghetti Carbonara that's pretty good too.

    • @trent_would
      @trent_would  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm glad you liked it, mate! I gotta try the Essentials and the Carbonara now :)

      The Huel Spaghetti Carbonara is not available in my country yet, but I will be getting Huel Essential chocolate in my upcoming shipment in a few days. If it keeps me full like Huel V3.0 & Huel Black and if I feel good, then it will be the main Huel product that I get, other than me trying all the flavors of the other Huel products that I have not tried so far.

      @@Chuchutrain4966 I can neither confirm or deny if your guess is correct. ;)
      I was supposed to be keeping notes on each Huel product & flavor that I tried so that I could do my reviews later on my blog, but unfortunately I have not been taking notes.
      I did try all the Huel Ready-To-Drink flavors, I think those are overpriced and had a plastic bottle-like / different taste to them compared to the Huel V3.0 & Huel Black flavors that I have tried so far; so far I like the powdered versions better so far.
      So far I have had these Huel V3.0 flavors: Original, Vanilla, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Roll; and these Huel Black flavors: Cinnamon Roll and Banana.
      While Huel does not taste as good as I would like, the health improvements and convenience have been good, I lost about 11 pounds in less than two months & started jogging 2 miles instead of 1, had more energy & focus, stopped having much cravings for unhealthy stuff, et cetera.
      I mix mine, put it in the refrigerator, and have it for breakfast along with a banana et cetera & a multivitamin & some water, and I can go 6 hours 30 minutes or more without getting hungry.
      Interesting, I have not heard that about the Huel Hot & Savory Mac And Cheese, that is possibly my favorite flavor.

    Hi from England UK.
    So, i need to lose weight.
    21st 5lb now.
    Want to be 15st.
    Is it as simple as this:
    Have 4 x 400cal Huel Black drinks per day? Plus water intake of course.
    Giving me a 1000cal deficit as my body has loads of fat to chew on.
    Obviously allowing for no will power drop off.

    • @trent_would
      @trent_would  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I did this as a fun experiment, but even after just 7 days I was VERY ready to be done. If you want to lose 6st, that would require you to consume nothing but Huel for 10 months, which could lead to nutrient deficiencies, will power fatigue, and prevent you from enjoying meals with friends and family in the meantime.
      If you're interested in a more sustainable approach, I'd recommend you check out Ben Carpenter's book "Everything Fat Loss": www.amazon.com/Everything-Fat-Loss-Definitive-Bullsh/dp/B0BT733QD8

    462 Dollars in food for a month... for one person.. you call that... cheap? That is more money than my family of four has for food in a month...

    • @trent_would
      @trent_would  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      You make a good point. I certainly wouldn't call Huel cheap, but I do think the price is reasonable. I can imagine "reasonable" means very different things to people with different incomes and in different countries. For reference, I live in Sweden where food is very expensive in general.

      Yup it's very relative.. For me, a month of huel only would only cost 30% more than what I pay for lunches on work days. I could prep foor for less but work leaves me pretty drained to make any food.. let alone food one could call healthy.. So, I replace lunches + some meals with Huel I'll probably save a bit and don't need to worry about eating junk.
