      @@SAINTxSZN The NFL seems overly protective of that term. If you watch local network news, they can’t have anything that says “Super Bowl” unless theirs is airing the game. Our local ABC staying uses “The Big Game”.

      The most interesting *forgotten" championship was the 1969 Minnesota Vikings who won the NFL title that year but lost to the AFL champs the Chiefs in SB IV. The last season before the merger

See how he adapts to the offense, see how the team plays. Stafford has had good players in his past like Calvin Johnson, Golden Tate, Marvin Jones, etc.

    You know I see a lot of people surprised with the Ravens at #3, without realizing that if there overall winning included the Pre-96 Browns, they'd be #1 on this list. In fact, there overall win record would be above .600 with the Pre-96 Browns.
    Oh and the Browns would drop to #32 without the Pre-96 Browns.

    Okay the browns and lions all have titles, no super bowls but there were championship b4 1967, if you are counting wins and loses b4 67 you gotta count the nfl and afl championships as well

      I agree. If only Super Bowl victories are counted, then only Super Bowl era wins and losses should be counted. (and it should be noted that only 1966-present records are counted) If 1920-1965 wins and losses are included, then their respective titles should also be included.

      August 22, 2007 - The Texas Rangers, after spotting the Baltimore Orioles 3 runs in the first 3 innings, scored *30* runs during the rest of the game, winning 30-3. Not the biggest all-time, but the most recent extreme blowout in MLB.

    This discredits the great NFL teams that won NFL Championships. Teams like Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears for example. Your list acts as if those great players and bonafide championship never existed. Lions won 4 titles 1835, 1952, 1953 and 1957 and you list them with NONE….. just as an example
    The Bears won 7 NFL championships and you list only one. You have to revise this list so young fans understand that these teams won legitimate NFL Championships before the Super Bowl arrangement

      Should definitely include NFL and AFL championships. Of course the Lions won in 1935, not 1835. The 3rd team to win after the Bears and Giants. And in 1935, the Tigers won their first World Series.

      If you consider the Baltimore Ravens the Pre-96 Browns, then they'd actually have the best overall winning record (Haven't checked in a while but last time I checked it was at around .610, and pretty sure they haven't dipped under .600 yet.).

    Obviously this must be based during the Super Bowl Era considering that the Green Bay Packers have won the most Championships in NFL History with 13, Six with Curly Lambeau and Five more with Vince Lombardi. And also you have the Cleveland Browns with a ton of Championships as well thanks to A Legendary Quarterback named Otto Graham.
    By the way, believe it or not, the Detroit Lions did win a Championship. Even though it was back in the 50’s, it still counts.

      32’ they had the best record in the league, and by virtue that was what got them the title.
      1952, 53, & 57 all saw a similar outcome; a win over the Browns in the championship game

      Thank you. 1952 and 1953 was during The Otto Graham Era of Cleveland when the Lions beat the Browns. The other time Graham lost the NFL Championship was in 1951 to the Los Angeles Rams, the team the Browns beat the year before at Cleveland when their Kicker kicked The Winning Field Goal that very much sailed into Lake Erie.
      For 10 straight years Otto Graham brought the Cleveland Browns into the NFL Championship, winning 7 of those times.

    The wins are over the life of the team, like with Green Bay and Chicago, but titles are only Super Bowls, because Arizona won a couple NFL titles, and Green Bay and Chicago won a lot more, and Buffalo won two AFL titles.

    The Bears have won NINE titles , more than any team other than Green Bay. They have won more games than any team other than Green Bay. This video is bogus. There is no rational reason to only count NFL championship games that have been called "Super Bowls!"

Gone will be the days as the Raiders being a doormat to the NFL, plus the fact that the team is now in Las Vegas will be a plus considering that The City of Oakland did nothing for the Raiders and also breached all of their promises to Al Davis, Sr. after luring them back from Los Angeles.
      Gruden was the best thing to ever happen to the Raiders as he will make this team do an about face before the time he did come to Oakland before moving to Las Vegas.

After the first move Raiders came back losers and never regained that fan support but Still had all the fan support a loser can expect. Vegas has money...and the Chinese Mafia...but football fans? No one really knows. As long as they win they should be fine but...that hasn't happened yet. Las Vegas won't support a loser...no one will.

    Surprised me, and did not at the same time, to see the Lombardi and Landry legacies live on. To be sure, both franchises had great coaches and winning periods after their respective eras, but still noticeable in the history the work that these two men did with the New York Giants together in the 1950s, then with the Packers and Cowboys in the 1960s and beyond.
    I think the Bears and the Browns would be higher if the list includes the pre-Super Bowl NFL and the AAFC.

    You need to redo this graphic. You need to change "Titles Won" to "Super Bowl Titles Won". You're not counting NFL and AFL titles won prior to 1967, and you should. The Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions have won multiple championships prior to the Super Bowl era, and that counts for something.

The year Superbowl Superbowl 4 happened was when the AFL and NFL combined and there were a lot more teams, therefore better competition. Which means the Packers did that when the NFL was less competitive. Them the Lions, Bears, Browns, Rams, Redskins, Giants, Colts and Vikings were the only teams that were really good for about a span of the NFL's first 40 years. There are 14 playoff teams every year now. Also, let's say the NFL shortened to like 10 teams, then a few teams would be dominant and when a lot of Superbowls.

    Prior to 1970 the Steelers had not won any type of divisional title or league title or any appearance in a post season game. The Steelers had probably the fewest wins and winning pct. Since 70 they have won 6 super bowls, and numerous AFC championships and division titles, definitely the Steelers have benefited most since the merger.

      FYI, there have been only one NFL season with 8 teams (1932), but a total of 6 AFL seasons with 8 teams (1960-1965)

    You can't give the total win-loss record and only count the Super Bowl era. You need to go all the way to when the Chicago Cardinals, Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers started.
