    i constantly look for these advanced elements. im right at this skill level. thank you for showing us some of the more easy tricks. i always save them because learning over youtube is hard for me. with no other throwers in my area. you and other creators are the only people i can find new tricks from. Thanks!

    Great ideas! I also love the concept of playing yoyo without braking the flow.

    love this video. so helpful! Been really enjoying the fake hook to brother. do you know any beginner/intermediate flowy tricks you can go into after landing in the brother mount with your thumb?

      @DiegoBYoyothings  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thenk you. Let me think about it, I'll come up with another tutorial with other flowy moves

    The first part of the flourish to double or nothing trick is taught by yotricks called superflow

  • @nomore198426

    I understand that the first element's intent is to keep a flow and not change direction, but I've incorporated this into the double or nothing. Like the matrix, I drop the throw finger and as you start to roll off the non throw thumb is already around the string before you get into the trapeze. Curious, is the first element inspired by the beef hook?

    For the first trick, do you catch the slack or just do it ?

    • @DiegoBYoyothings
      @DiegoBYoyothings  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You don't catch the slack, you just intercept the string and let the yoyo land on it. It's no suicide or hook stuff.

    that double or nothing pull and flip over thing you started to do at 4:24 ... is there more to that? i cant find anything about it anywhere and no ones been able to help me

    • @DiegoBYoyothings
      @DiegoBYoyothings  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To do that from the Double or nothing do the following: pinch the string on your nth index finger tip (curling your index), let the other string slide and rest on the first one. At this point you can release the string on your th index finger and swing the loop clockwise with your nth like a trapeze brother slack

    i am i beginner/ intermediate player. i throw frontstyle 99% of the time. but alot of tricks i throw frontstyle at a die-angle which allows me to preform side style tricks, but finishing with frontstyle bind. do you know of this method? or and cool frontstyle tricks that are in my skill bracket? Thanks!

    • @DiegoBYoyothings
      @DiegoBYoyothings  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know that technique but I don't know specific tricks for it. One player that constantly use it is Philip from yoyofriends. You can find him on TH-cam as PhilipLFA

    My 1.5 mount seems like the strings are too close together to catch that back string. Not enough separation

    • @DiegoBYoyothings
      @DiegoBYoyothings  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      As soon as you're into 1.5 mount you have two strings on your th index. One goes to the right of the yoyo and the other one to the left. You should move the one to the left closer to your fingertip and the one on the right toward your hand. You'll have the separation you need, and eventually you will learn to do it while mounting a 1.5. Hope this helps

    • @ZaQ-Fort
      @ZaQ-Fort ปีที่แล้ว

      For some reason my strings always land the opposite way. The string I need to underpass is on the outside of the index finger. I have spent the last few hours trying to figure out why this keeps happening but can't seem to figure it out. I have watched other 1.5 mount tutorials but nothing covers this. The rest of the trick i'm able to get pretty easy, but the underpass from the 1.5 is difficult because the strings are crossed on my throw hand index finger.@@DiegoBYoyothings
