New series: My Rowing Journey… Henley Royal Regatta 2025

Join my journey this year as I transition from lightweight rowing into open, and take steps towards my goal of qualifying for Henley Royal Regatta Princess Royal Challenge in 2025.
I hope to inspire women out there to challenge themselves and push towards their goals.
I’m going to use this series to be as open as possible about my mental health journey on the way, and face my fears of putting on weight, and challenging my mind to eat to fuel my body.
