If you downloaded the latest version of Spotify and install and also use the latest version of spicetify it should be there to the bottom right corner, if not it is probably not available for the song that you are listening to or not available in your country (that is if u are outside the US)

You should delete all ur spotify files from your pc and reinstall it from google, not from microsoft store

When you are in the dowload spotify pick the option dowload directly fro, spotify and not from playstore.

Uninstall it with revo uninstaller or somethign, reboot pc and then install spotify, maybe
