Deworm with a good Brand of de-wormer.
After 7 days.
Go for ET+TT vaccination
After 10 days and within 14 days of vaccination, give one more shot of booster dose.
Mark the same in a calendar and Repeat WITHIN 180 days of first dose.

Melonex Plus, Megludyne, Ketoprofen any of these based on condition.
Cough:
Try Tylosin and Levofloxacin combi
along with other supportive treatment.
But, first check if these are standalone issues or symptoms to other disease.
