I'm trying to determine the best way to store & transport this folding bike on our cabin cruiser boat and the dimensions would be a huge help. Thx

Everything has its place, but for me..... My friend had a folder, but the seat-post kept sliding down. Grip on there is key. Small wheels are hard work... I was coasting down hill on my standard bike, and he had to pedal to keep up with me; so rolling resistance is high, so your must ensure your tyres are as hard as possible/allowed. In the UK, you're not allowed throttle ~ which is a shame. I'd like that feature.

What is the weight of the latch? I'm not sure if that was mentioned. Does anyone know?

Yeah, regular folding bikes aren't great, but this one is great to ride. The pedal assist is integrated very well.
