    I'm going to follow your workout tutorials pretty much verbatim. I've been fat most my life and completely out of shape for over a decade. I'm working on changing my life and lifestyle. You're tutorials are life for me right now! I'm doing it on my own, so this has been absolutely incredible for me. Thank you for the inspiration and all you do!

    As a bodybuilding and powerlifting vet of 10+ years, I believe Seth's videos are the best on TH-cam. And I've seen every video out there. It's all I do when I'm not working or lifting. Sex can go to hell.

    Love your vids seth. You have taught me ALOT in my training. Especially with a lower back injury I use lighter weight and get my mind to muscle connection better and I'm seeing so much better gains. Keep up the good work.

    Been training for 22 years and learn new variations and techniques for training all the time. I remember my know-it-all self thought I had everything figured out 2 yrs in. First thing I learned after pulling my head out of my ass was that I really didn't know SHIT! I think a lot of people can relate to this. Great content Seth

    Explanation during the video is great. Perfect learning material. I picked up tips that I never knew. And I'm really smart. I have a 2 year degree in general studies. Just to prove my point.

    The clearest info you'll find online.. His skill is being able to specifically describe these "tweaks" in a short and clear manner without over explanation, which is really hard to fucking do..

    I never tried body weight or assisted warmups before lifting heavy. I was under the impression that gets in the way of gains by not having enough energy for heavy sets. I did it for the first time and it helped me lift more than usual. I did the pre work out meal stack too. Awesome stuff, good shit bro.
