From what i've seen over many years, women always are defensive and judgmental depending on a guy's career and social status. The dating world gets more shallow every year. Very AWKWARD if you ask me.

So, question. Why do they run from these things? It isn't just the confirmed "toxic" girls. Almost all of them feel they deserve the best, and often settle for the absolute worst. Again and again. And it's said that "Maybe you're just not him". Okay. Took it, it hurt for a minute, but made peace with it, became better, by most metrics (more respect at work, from friends and family, got healthier, did a lot of reading, etc) but discovered that, instead of getting humilitated and compounding my problems, I stay out of the way, like I was asked to. So many women say they want these things, but choose the opposite, and still blame me. What's going on?
Another thing. Many of them claim this isn't the case, despite them doing that very thing, over and over. Every negative experience is something I've made up, somehow. We can improve, all we want, but we are still deserving of ridicule, and shouldn't be happy. You want us to go away, we do, and then we're scum for leaving.

I came out the side door to the stage. There were mic wires neatly crossing the doorway (which I knew were there). I STILL managed to trip, skip, and fall right at center stage, INFRONT of the congregation (who let out a gasp!)... AWKwarrrd. But I bounced back up and moved on. 🤣

Awkard ... I really need to learn how to do the whole emotional attachment thing. I try and just listen but find myself giving advice too much like I try and fix the problem

The key to a woman's heart is actively listening to her and trying to sympathize with her feelings. This creates emotional connection with her. When you first start dating a woman, you will have the most success if you let her do the vast majority of the talking. You just need to listen and be understanding of her. Less taking about yourself and more listening to her. This will not only make her feel emotional security around you but it will help you get to know her better and determine if she is a good match for you. Also, it will make you more mysterious and interesting because you aren't revealing too much about yourself too quickly. Guys often tell women too much about themselves or express their feelings too soon. This will often hinder success because women have a fantasy in their head of the type of man they hope you are. The more you talk about yourself, the more likely you might spoil her fantasy. Not to mention, she will think you are arrogant and conceited if you talk too much about yourself. You need to build the emotional connection first by listening and understanding her, and then you can reveal more about yourself. Of course, if she asks you questions about yourself, you should respond in kind. But keep your responses short and sweet.
