Make sure you keep enjoying it.
- Many make the mistake of training to the point of exhaustion, wearing their body and mind out. Allow yourselves 'easy' dives, just to feel the glide, the rhythm, the flow etc.

why 35? I know why - because it’s requirement for wave 3. Also, I keep working on No Fin for months - my technique has improved a lot, but it’s not improved my results AT ALL! 😅 Well, at least I look great doing it! Perfect looking 20meters … ahahaha… so stuck.
