Can adding external wall insulation on a solid wall increase the chances or have internal damp or mould on the internal walls? So many have had the problem & some have had the insulation removed? Thanks.

It will prevent the walls breathing so internal damp will be much worse. I suspect over time some applications may have to be removed for this very reason. If you use positive pressure ventilation with heated air brought in from outside then you may reduce damp issues but it will cost a fair bit in extra heating.

what can you do if after it's finished you want a different colour? Can you use a breathable paint?

What happens to the walls below the damp proof course? I have at least 2 feet if not more? Is this filled in or painted over with anything as It will be extreamly noticeable?

I ask myself the same question in EEEVERY video I see about this system. There have been a few where I've seen that they first waterproof the wall and then use a different insulating material, a more dense foam that is also waterproof. But I got no clear explanations yet.

use stainless steel beads ☺NOT galvanized steel on external... you will get rust spots through your render 😠when using galvanized beads on a external wall

What about when the render starts coming off after less than two years ? Its been a further two years and still not fixed due to them needing to sand off the whole lot (which i agree is the only way as its coming off everywhere) but expecting it to 'blow away'. Really ? Sorry not acceptable to the environment. Also dont want to compensate me for having to come back and do it all again, cut down plants again etc. Plus as it is atm, my home is devalued and unsellable while i am in limbo with this.
