    Did we use the type of insulation for the horizontal roof ? And is it that much effctive to reduce heat transfer in room?

    Does the render and/or the silicone finish have any insulation properties itself? Currently having your system installed in Ellesmere Port and my front door porch is only being rendered (no ewi applied)

    Guys how can I do this render in part wise, I mean I can't finish full wall in one day , I have to do next day as well , than how can I joint with old render ?

    • @WetherbyBuildingSystems
      @WetherbyBuildingSystems  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +jaspreet chahal If needed a tape joint can be used horizontally or vertical to break the area into smaller panels. Once the edge of the first panel is cured (next day) the tape is placed over the cured render edge and the silicone applied to the next panel. Once this panel is completed and whilst the silicone is still wet remove the tape. A thin line where the silicone edges join will be visible. The other option is to have enough renderers to complete the elevation without the need for any joints or break beading can be used in the base coat application to a workable size. if u get ur self a sponge float u can feather it in to the old wall

    A 31 US$ por cada plancha + precio similar por basecoat + fibra y otros... el sistema clásico, incluido tarrajeo resulta ser demasiado barato en este caso.

    Can we mix Primer and silicon Render together and apply on the top coat of the mesh?

    • @WetherbyBuildingSystems
      @WetherbyBuildingSystems  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Rakib. No, these are two completely separate products. The primer is generally roller applied and helps to create a 'key' over the basecoat, which once dried, allows the silicone render to adhere properly. I hope this answers your query? @@WetherbyBuildingSystems Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I have mixed both products together to get a light colour on the silicone render. Do I have to re doing it or leave it?

      The boards are insulation so its designed to be used oh houses with no cavity wall.

    • @izzetmustafa2788

      Apart from insulating an old house which has no cavity walls, its best fitted over pebble dash instead of chipping it all off which is time consuming and can damage existing brick work. Im no expert but read it on a professional website.
