@@okloluh there was a bug/glitch you could do with Kokomi that would give her Elemental Burst passive of walking on water, to stay active at all times.. all you had to do was activate the burst at the exact same time you accessed an alchemy bench and it would cancel her burst but keep the waterwalking on at all times, allowing her infinite time on the water.. in all honesty, it should have just been a permanent passive for her in the first place, because it probably would have drastically increased her sales

Though, I can’t really see it being a permanent thing as it will bring out more bugs and glitches in the game, such as out of the maps, will ruin the essence/purpose of future contents and/or going under Teyvat all over again. I personally like Barbara's new voice as it sounds more peaceful and soft like she is unlike the other imo. It's a shame Klee's walk and Ambers dancing idle went away. I wasn't around then but they looked so adorable, Hoyo should have kept it!
The new voice was also meant to be in the game from the start the old voice was the bata voice but wasn’t updated right away

Amber’s dance is the biggest nerf bruh….. if it was not removed, and I get to see that animation whenever I afk/idle, it will cheer me up and I’ll play Genshin everyday

for Barbara case it is an improvement overall as it make her voice sound more like in all cutscene she appear in and it fit her character more
the fact they keep the old voice for even that long is the unforgivable part as it sound nice but it does not fit her character and it is very out of place when you see how she really talk in cutscene like in the end of prologue

It was because voice files got mixed up the company forgot to change the bata voice when the game released the updated voice was meant to be in the game when it came out
I remember when everyone noticed Barbara's new voice, everyone wanted it back because "it was the source of their happiness" for being cheerful and blamed sister Rosaria for influencing her to become depressed--hence, the nerf on her voice.
honestly her new voice couldve worked if it only didnt sound so dead at the end of her sentences. her tone starts good but ends flat and its truly so depressing 😅

She was instructed not to be cheerful and uplifting. She sounds more serious and stoic now. Battle ready. Like she's willing to kill in order to protect those around her. Also, the mic quality seems to have improved.
She also voices Xinyan, and I can kinda hear that in her old voice. But now, she just sounds like depressed Barbara, doing everything she can to encourage others.

I still don't get the fact that they remove things from CBT that are great. Did they created a too perfect game that they themselves decided to make it a little bad? They should have not removed klee's walk, ability to dance, ayaka's kill move etc.

True. But paimon’s voice is actually understandable. The voice that the VA was doing actually hurt them. So they decided to use a higher pitch voice for more comfort.

I'd say the biggest nerfs (and buffs) are the changes to EM and reactions. EM in cbt could increase all elemental damage by a little in addition to reaction damage buffs while Superconduct could decrease the DEF of enemies hit by the reaction. Mihoyo nerfed those features and buffed Melt/Vaporize as a compensation.
Imagine Overload being a meta and being thrown away is just a minor nuisance.

I'm gonna be super controversial here. I actually like Barbara's new voice. The fact that she sounds cheerful albeit a bit tired is very reminiscent of the lore. And I just really like calm voices (that's literally why Ganyu and Ayato are on my team)
I wouldn't mind her voice as much atm if it sounded less tired, I like the old voice but ik it both hurt the VA's throat plus I like calm voices. I'd just enjoy if she had some energy in her lines paired with the calm tone.
Unlike Paimon's current voice, she's too loud at times and it just hurts my ears rather literally in those few moments she yells in Paimon.

Yeah it looks perfect just like her personality, the old one kinda makes it more extrovert.
I was a Barbara main before the nerf, to me, it was her "On Stage" Idol mode when in combat. So she was more energetic then when talking softly working for the church. I can still see her being awesome within the church choir but not as a full song idol who can sing a verity of uplifting songs.
I feel like it suits her better but after hearing the old voice she just sounds depressed, and in my opinion old barbaras voice could go well with xinyans character, but i love xinyans current voice so i hope they don’t change it

Actually Xiao didn't got nerfed, as you can see here at 1:23 Xiao's stamina is decreasing while plunging attack, the player was using dash animation cancelling technique to make him plunge attack faster. You can still use this technique in the current version of the game.
If I remember correctly Xiao was the only character with a plunge attack in beta, because the plunge was actually his charge attack, that’s why his stamina is decreasing. Im not sure it’s true tho
no, even in current version now, Xiao is not fast as CBT, i've tried it and didnt work lol, its the animation that added in his pluge attack

3D animation model need lot of polygon(or something what it called) and it need lot of time to be rendered. If they keep the hair fluffiness and itto's muscle your device will not make it and it'll bother the gameplay smoothness.
I think thats why they nerf it.
But for the rest im agree. Why remove rosaria spear kick when they can just not make raiden not kick it
For 3D model nerf i think we should just let it go since believe me, every 3D model in game like this not gonna as beautiful as their concept art since 3D has lot of limitation.lot of game doing this not only genshin

@@lettersboi1926 It's not "strands of hair" that is animated. Individual strands would not work in a game like this, plus it would greatly decrease FPS if every single piece of hair was a strand. Sure, adding something to a model increases polygon count, but it's not big enough to cause any performance issues in the game.

I think the reason Rosaria kick animation was removed is because Raiden Shogun, who is a female tall pole arm character just like Rosaria was added. Mihoyo might have thought that Raiden kicking would seem kind of informal for her
