I know a guy who multiboxes a game with over 50 accounts at a time, he has multiple keyboards with various macros, and uses foot pedals. He doesn't use them all at the same time, but he and I actively do 3 at a time,and swap to others as needed. Not the same genre even of game, but I can see merit to running 2 accounts and maybe even using foot controls for the second just to get him into a better position before your first dies.
Should have had it where you could say something with all 5 at the same time. Imagine having the entire enemy team saying "We are legion for we are many." all at the same time.
