Hello again from a few valleys west and a little north of you all. Regarding the tack room, if you folks have pack rats like we do in the Okanagan, build said tack room as rodent proof as you're able to. We've had pack rats eat holes in two double woven saddle blankets, the strings off of three saddles and wreck two bridles in a single visit. Needless to say I had a long discussion with the cats after that, but as is typical with felines, they were non-comital and refused to take any responsibility for the trespassing. Stay well folks.

My cats invite the rodents in, as 'playmates' for themselves. They toy with them until they get bored, then let 'em loose. I think theyre 'Union' cats.

My grandmother lived for many decades in Seattle. On visits to her we would often go to the marina and Puget Sound where you were. Time very well spent!

I love how every one is asleep in the car on the way back, from the youngest to the oldest. Poor Kyra I think she was not very happy holding the fish. This fishing trip will be remembered in years to come and those photo's with the whole family holding their catch was awesome. Have a lovely week end.

What great experience for those young children to remember you two are the best parents. Now I’m so excited for nest Saturday I just love you all so much.
It looks like your barn is coming along great. I like to recommend using used railroad ties for flooring in the horse stalls. The railroad ties are treated with creosote so they will not rot, and it protect them against termites, fungi, mites and other pests. Space them about an inch apart and place them on a bed of pea gravel and between them for drainage. It will help prevent the horses hoofs from rot and it's easier to clean the stalls.
So glad Debbie is fine and I'm so glad you kept Lexin , was a great horse at the farm on route 66.

I will always remember the times my big family (seven kids!) and mom and dad taking us all camping one weekend and we all got to fish! I just remember what a great day it was. Seeing my mom and older two sisters making tortillas over a wood fire near the lake and how we ate meat and none of, except dad, loved fish! That was until I visited Anchorage as an adult and was introduced to Alaskan salmon, halibut and wild Alaskan king crab legs! OMG! I feaster that trip 😂 To this day, halibut is my favorite fish! The memories you are giving your children is timeless and will be treasured forever! Thanks for sharing and I kept rooting for Keira to catch a fish and she ended up catching a few! 😊

Although my children are both in their 20's, we still make family time. The main reason for starting youtube was for them and their future families to have something to remember me by.

Well there are 4 outdoor umbrellas that survived the horrific fire storm and they were BLUE - strange but true !
Second that idea. And installing a large tank to catch rain water out on the property.
Also there’s a clip showing this 5 colours and blue didn’t burn I thought they’d sprayed it with something but maybe there’s something to it
