Operators prefer to apply same offset value to a particular BS however offset can vary from BS-BS depending coverage and number of Nodes.

Question: Bro at two places you gave exmaple of evaluation of Qrxlevminoffset & Pcomp. U said based on this UE will decide cell would be good anough to camp upon but while explainting that ue applied to offset & Pcomp to one of the cell out two confilicting/ping ping cells. why? I mean why it didnt apply to both the cell , u applied the value to one cell only and decided whoe Srxlev is significantly high for cell selection ????

I think the range of qrxlevmin is different from what you have mentioned.
