If you hold your hand tight over the ait outlet with a glove it will help the valve to close. I've found when they start this crap its best to replace them or it gets to be an every day thing you find yourself locked down in traffic or in a place where they don't want you out of your vehicle, you have to get out and hold your hand tight over that outlet to get it to close.
Well at first in the beginning of the video I thought he was going to tell you to have your friend hold their hand over the purge valve while you drive along😂😂😂

Clean or change the purge valve. 60 for the vakve plus the cartridge 40. You will be good for at least 85k miles
