There is one thing that you should have did different. The metal ring you put on plastic line should have been plastic. Over time the metal ring will cut through the plastic line.
@@christurner7043 I had a truck 20 years old that metal ring never cut the plastic line . You can’t use platic ring with copper feeding, that ring is part of the fitting.

If I find receipt, I’ll let you know . But best to call your dealer and give him last 8 of your vin number
