I have created some 50 plus designs, I can tell they are not good but I am trying and I don't wana give up. No sales yet 😢 but thanks to you, I am learning a lot. Thank you very much. keep these amazing videos coming.
Thank you for making these videos, Juna! One thing that I always do when I design a t-shirt (I use Kittl) is checking how it looks on a t-shirt in their mockup feature. Often I make small changes to the design based on that. Their mockups are pretty ratty, but I only use them to get a better picture of my layout. Also, when using graphics in the design software that you use, always blow it up to 100% in order to catch any blurry borders etc. Especially important when you use for instance graphics that you downloaded from Creative Fabrica and others. Sometimes they have clutter, sloppy borders due to backgrounds that were not properly removed etc.
Thanks, your videos are really helpful. Speaking of fonts, what is the slightly distressed font that you use at the beginning of each segment (large white font on orange background)? I've been trying different distressed fonts on tee shirt designs and finding that many of them are a little too distressed and wash out somewhat in my designs.
I think kittl charges a credit for each saying it comes up with. Even if you don't use them. If you don't have a lot of credits to work with, just a heads up!
The tags that you showed on teepublic which some are copyrighted and trademarked, do you think if I created a drawing similar to the tag but different looking like, Golden Girls drawn as Golden Cats would be okay?
@@DetourShirts I probably won't but very surprised why Teepublic as well as Redbubble doesn't remove the tags or telling artists not to do them unless they are part of the fan program.

Hey Juna. Which research tool are you using?
I'm mostly using Pretty Merch Pro+ right now. Not doing much at the moment

You're welcome 😊
Keep up the excellent videos. 👍
More coming soon!
Do you know any Ai tools for putting your designed outfits on models?
I don't.... that would be a good idea though
@DetourShirts Yeah, I just want to have a good idea what it would look like on someone before publishing.
The tags that you showed on teepublic which some are copyrighted and trademarked, do you think if I created a drawing similar to the tag but different looking like, Golden Girls drawn as Golden Cats would be okay?
That's a tough one... it may pass because it's a parody but it may not. I wouldn't try it.

Yes... sorry. I'll do it now
what fonts would you use for the dog niche with a western/ rustic vintage style?
Kittl has some great fonts... I like the Adventurer ones
Do you like fishing juna ? Rock fishing ? Or sup fishing ?
I actually don't fish... but I love making fishing t-shirts
@DetourShirts you need to fish sometimes to get inspiration 😂
