I don't have bromeliads but always liked the look of their blooms. Thank you for sharing. Ottawa, Canada.

I remember you talking about these a few years ago, I think along with the others you had. Following your advice, it worked exactly as you said.
I've had the same mother plant for at least four years now, it had a pup very soon after the flower died. They seem to have a very slow metabolism. They've been in front of a North window for almost 3 years now, which seems to do fine. Yours is much larger and nicer, which is likely due to care.
These are so much easier than air plants! Thank you for the videos.

Hi, Yes, I made a video similar to this years ago. It takes the pups 3-5 years to flower, so it's a slow process. Air plants can be tricky indoors - these are so much easier. Thanks for watching all these years, much appreciated! Nell 🥰

Please can something be done about the echo? It’s hard for me to listen and I love your channel

Oh dear! I have a house with an open floor plan, & the ceilings are 12' tall. I'll try setting the mic volume to low from mid & see if that helps. Nell

Your plant looks so lush and green. What’s best way to help my bromeliads look as lush

How do I water the bromeliad, the soil or on the plant, and why does the bromeliad have yellow leaves, and do I put bromeliad outdoors or indoors for sunlight?
