1:06 this image comes from a cancelled Valve game called "Stars Of Blood". It was supposed to be a game where you'll be playing as a space pirate and it was going to possibly be a VR game, but never came out apart from the concept art. This could've been one of the creatures that would appear in it. Honestly, I wished it wasn't a VR game and it was a Source 2 FPS or something, it would have been quote interesting, and this thing's design looks cool, just like every alien Valve made.
If you have a VR headset and SteamVR, i highly recommend playing The Utility Room. The entire game is a (literally) massive walking simulator of insanely big things like a massive stone pendulum that whooshes off into the distance that you can hear nearly anywhere in the game, massive easter island heads, and other things that would freak anyone with Megalophobia, especially in Virtual Reality.

Look at the size of that construction, it is a gigantic citadel that goes from the surface of the earth to the stratosphere, and it seems to circle the Earth itself, which means it's a building that goes from Germany, in, Europe to Zimbabwe, in Africa, stuff like that. They have to be a scientific civilization 'cause building that high is nearly impossible atm.
I was sick a lot as a child and as a result had the most intense nightmares of this exact kind of thing. It is hard to explain, but it isn't so much the fear that makes the dreams memorable, but the sense of shock. It is paralyzing to witness things that are so immense. I still remember specific dreams over 25 years later.
I like things that are huge in size, preferably in the sky or just above the ground. I don't know what this craziness for mega-sized things is called, so i watch megalophobia videos to satisfy myself. Fun.

As I started getting sucked to the top again I woke up drenched in sweat! That nightmare confirmed that I have Megalophobia, I didn't even know such a phobia exists a that time!

I'm almost not disturbed at all by the ones that are machines, possibly because I know they're operated by humans, but I'm slightly disturbed by the ones that are a gargantuan entity because I don't kniw what its intentions are. Also windmills are borderline adorable, this part felt like a comic relief. Nevertheless, the music is very disturbing in any context.

I don't know what I'd call the thing I have for this. But megalophilia isn't exactly it. I just love when I see something huge. Like that level in mario galaxy that puts you in between a valley. Like, you're in a valley, that is big enough that it can have planetoids with their own gravity. Or subnautica. The entire game takes place at the top of an inactive crater, think mount Fuji but with water. It's just, so cool.
Most of these weren't that bad... Except the wind farm. Living not to far from one that will probably never pay itself off or be efficient, that image filled me with rage.
Planet size would be impossible I believe because the gravitational pull of the animal would hurt it's organs and everything and make the body collapse. However, I believe animals can get very very very huge, maybe china sized if they live in a planet with no predators (or anyone that could harm it severely, I don't think a predator is going to chase a continent), very stable environment and extremely large amounts of food, but I'm no biologist
It's worth noting that the bigger an animal is, the less it is gonna move. So a really big animal is going to live it's life kind of like a plant or something, and I really doubt it would be on the land, since the legs would need to be absolutely ginormous and stupid and the air friction would hurt the animal
