Agree with you about Serge: his scents do seem to do better in cooler temps. Santal Majescule is gorgeous. I have been collecting rose bottles and decants for this fall and can’t wait to try them all. Yesterday I wore Ella K Lettre de Pushkar, a spicy saffron rose, and absolutely loved it.
Funny how our tastes change through the yrs. .I used to dislike rose scents because all the ones I smelled were my grandma's kind of rose. All that changed when I met Initio Atomic Rose 😊 I was blown away at how much I liked that scent upon 1st sniff. I tried hard to dislike it lol but it left a huge impression and my hubby bought it for me for my birthday. ❤ I also bought Montale Intense Cafe and Rose Gourmand Zara. I just recently smelled Eau Capitale and Eau Rose by Diptyque and really liked both, but I haven't bought either because I keep hearing for the price the longevity is no good. I guess I should get decants to test the longevity on my skin. I now have Jardins de Misfah, Mohra Silky Rose, Swiss Arabian Rose 01 & Smyrna on my list thanks to you Joanna ❤ 😊
Love this video! Gotta admit that I would love to try the Portrait of a Lady Clone, but I'm afraid it may be too much. I have Mohra but I love to use it when going to sleep. It’s very comforting. My faves: Mancera Roses Vanilla started my rose fascination, very addictive jammy rose Lattafa Thouq - Delina Exclusive inspired powdery rose and incense Al Wataniah Rose Mystery Intense - Atomic Rose inspired similar to Thouq but leans more tart Baroque Satin Oud - Sweet and Powdery Shaghaf Oud - rose, praline and oud LOVE IT!
I was a Stella girl as well in the 2000s. I was GUTTED when she discontinued it. I love Delina Rosee for Spring/Summer. But Fall/Winter I am ALL about Initio Atomic Rose. I am literally smelling it on my pjs from the sprays on my skin at 7:30 this morning. One you didn’t mention that I love is Navitus Eidola! Great new suggestions! Can’t wait to try them. Thank you!

One of my favorites is By Killian Roses on Ice. It is more of a summer perfume, but it is quite cool and refreshing.
