Lolly Adefope also referenced it in series 4 I recall
I love when little bits of league of gentlemen come out like in the darts one when steve says " yea i know!" I was cracking up
This screen shot already has me audibling an 'oh my god' at those Mike Myers 'Cat in the Hat' abominations to the right. Ohhhh this one's gonna be a doozy!
Thank you! I thought the cat costumes looked familiar but could not place them. That movie feels like a fever dream.
I have fallen in love with John Robins.
They weren't able to edit out Nick's reflection on the plastic dome (26:15) as they had in previous episodes, but now I wonder if there will be any more deletions after this episode. This was a clever bit by TASKMASTER, and I hope they come up with other such creative bits with future contestants!
this might be the best first 10 minutes of taskmaster history. absolutely brilliant
Joanne talks about John the same way I would: he’s a romantic and probably great in the sack
He is awfully neurotic in real life, so I don't know, he couldn't hold on to Sara Pascoe... The Queen clock she brought in as a prize task, and said her BF didn't know about it, that was him.
@@m.6292At one time he roomed with Jon Richardson and Russell Howard. In that scenario I'm pretty certain Jon was the neurotic one.
The comment Joanne made about Jon and the cushion made me laugh because I realised ''yeah he does seem like that kind of man'' lol
It's been a while, so I'll mention once more that I really appreciate that these are being made available here.
I always enjoy them. Thanks!
I’ve just had the startling revelation that Queen super fan John Robins is the Freddy Mercury obsessed boyfriend whose clock Sara Pascoe brought in for the “most flamboyant clock prize task on the first episode of series 3! 🤯
