Don't be too hard on your driving tyler, you've by far got the tallest and heaviest car there - all that rear/roof weight makes a big difference. It's interesting watching all the cars, the other 2 are much more planted and stable in comparison.
Pete's GU is an absolute weapon, and that's a big part of it, very simple rig without a lot of stuff added on.
Pete 3 liter patrol tackle the obstacle like a champ...super smooth...get the job done..he really nailed it with the setup for his vehicle...
Love it mate. My son was really excited to meet you at the 4x4 show. On the way home he kept talking about it, and wished Kai was there too. When we got home he was straight on to your channel. Safe to say you guys made his day. Thanks

Before I was in my 40s I prefered this kind of stuff ,and I enjoyed doing it in decked up 100 series, but now I love long overlanding trips which include dirt roads and lots of chicken runs ..cheers🍻

Great drive young felah,last time l did that area was before the fires without diff locks. We rolled a Land rover there in the 90s and recovered it with little damage. Jamieson,Woods point,Wahalla have great 4x4 Trks.

I live in the North of Melbourne and hit this area and Tallarook often. Quarry track is a great run that really tests out the suspension. I see you did the ladder as well.
Right now Tallarook is a bit of a mess but a lot of fun. I'll be heading back up there again soon.

Enjoy watching your show every Sunday morning whilst laying in bed eating my breaky. Looking forward to seeing your gq in action and seeing what you think compared to the gu' in terms of 4wding, I have had both but feel the gq is easy to drive when 4wding, just because I can see around the vehicle better and feel the vehicle more. Gu is definitely nicer to drive though, gq is more 45, tractor feeling, gu more car like. Me I like old tractor feeling in bush and the truck square look of the gq.but if i used my vehicle on road more definitely the gu. Love the sound of a td42 too mate.

good vid mate, you can buy the dried lasagne sheets, most of them dont need precooking and last for ages, plus they dont take up room in the fridge. In saying that lasagne is too much of a hassle for me when camping anyway!

Trition hill is a putrid looking hill climb. Off camber and leaning straight down the side of the hill. I seen it, shit myself and turned around and went home 😂. Great episode 👍

Aye Tyler, use the engine & reverse gear to back down hills, just click the ignition on/off that way the car cannot get away from you, its in gear and will only go as far as you turn the key
Awesome video as always Tyler! Not sure when you filmed this, but you have no idea how lucky you got with the weather and how quiet it appeared up there. Usually it's wet, miserable on the tracks and full of dirt bikes and other weekend warriors.

Great video as always :+) I think it should be Kai's turn to cook next time. Also, now might be a good time to start Kai's driving lessons off road. Learning to drive at his age will put him in good stead for when it comes to getting a driver's license, having a few years under his belt.

Not the biggest Patrol fanboy, but the old red one crawling up a hill looks like satan himself clawing his way out of hell. The other 2 Patrols just look like regular 4wds offroading lol. Great drives by everyone, and was that Simon Christie along the track?

I thought the bump was closed for the winter. I blew my front diff on the bump in the summer haha. It's actually at 8:45 that I blew the front diff. I just didn't have the clearance for it.
That doesn't sound too fun 😬 all open as far as I'm aware, no gates or signs and were others on the track
