Your channel is far better than 4WD Action - no hype, you just get out there and drive hard tracks and we get consistently good content every week with high production values. Plus, you're not trying flog whatever product is in vogue this week. Keep up the great work. I've been watching 2-3 years now and you just get better every couple of months.
@@ausoff-road7795 Good question. Another good question would be how a reply I made to another comment ended up attached to your comment even though I double checked I was replying to the correct person when I wrote it 😂 I think it's something with new phone. Technology never works for me like it does everyone else but this new Samsung has taken it to the next level. Oh & I agree, low & light is the way to go. Cheers mate 🍻
Another great trip with awesome filming... Few years back I camped at Sheep yard flat then went up to find snow every which fell during the night, loved driving them tracks...
Fantastic video as always. The exhaustive camera work and great editing. The off roading was amazing, I’m really glad you didn’t break anything this time. You’re a real great father, especially to endure the amount of crap you get from your boy 😉. That’s some pretty interesting weather down there. Swimming during the day then freezing cold at night.
I can't believe how well petes GU goes. in that rock step clip at around 20mins, From what i could see he went on the same line but didn't look nearly as sketchy as when you drove it.
Great video mate. Got to love the patrol team. Was down there when I was 18. Now to go back and take the wife and kids down there. Going through the snow is a different bowl game. Keep up the great 📹 mate.
Can't believe you didn't stay the last night in the Mt. Terrible hut. It's a great hut now after being rebuilt many years ago and the little pot-belly keeps it nice and warm on a cold winters night.
Awesome video Buddy, I enjoyed it all, even that " moment " you had with the steep hill and the wheel lift, I had an almost identical " moment " to that 3 days ago over here in Perth, nearly put my Foz on its side and risked 3 to 4 rolls to the bottom of the hill. I was shaking for at least 10 minutes after, laughing but shaking haha, Keep up the good work Dude!
Great video as always Tyler . Just a bit of advice I’m sure your already been told is move the jerry cans and anything else you can forward of the rear axel in the steep stuff It makes a huge difference
You got so lucky with Mt Terrible, if it ain't covered in snow in the middle of winter, it's usually howling a gale and flamin freezing, even in summer when the sun drops that wind picks up!
Awesome! Best series so far! Your videos are getting better and better mate. On a side note, Pete's patrol seems to be the most balanced, yours looks more back heavy, front wheels tend to lift a lot more. Just a guess from the comfort of my couch haha
Tyler may have said ‘snow’ a few times but Kai outdid him with ‘like’. Great footage guys! I don’t envy the cold fingers endured setting up cameras etc. Thanks for the effort. 👍🏻🙏🦘
Even before I started watching, I wondered if Tyler was going to have a swim. My hunch is your heading north soon for a bit of sun. Great Vic high country series mate. I don't see much snow in Grafton
@Tyler I think I’ve said it before… 1. Get a mid sized cast iron pan with a lid. 2. Season the pan by adding your best quality cooking oil to it and heat it up at 175C - UPSIDE-DOWN - in your oven at home until the oil starts smoking. 3. Turn off the oven and let it cool off slowly. 4. Cleaning - only with hot water. NEVER EVER any detergent. Always cook at lower temperatures than you’re used to. Care for your cast iron and you will never ever want a plastic covered pan again!
Your insane awesome tracks wheel lifting tyre crunching fun 😊 those tracks my 80 wouldn't get up half of them must be a patrol thingy that snapped axle Shaft would make a good gear knob fantastic place Vic high country cheers legends ☺️
As usual always good content and dad's dumb ideas, that GU you have is well sorted and engineered, makes you wonder about the other modified 4wds out there if they spent the time and got it done properly then they would not be hard done by
Your hard work for running the camera up and down really shows in the great footage we get. Appreciate all the efforts.👍 I rather like Pete's GU aftermarket front bar. Do you know the brand?
Enjoyable episode to watch. Thanks for all the work you put into it.👏 Are you sure that stiff and crusty looking underwear wasn't because its been overworn for days and days in a row?😁🤣
Cheers mate. We did a 5 minute walkthrough of it in a previous video, think was about 2/3's of the way through th-cam.com/video/H55DzE8eiUc/w-d-xo.html
No need to pull the poles out of the swag just leave them in the canvas loop and fold the up the poles and roll up, that way next setup is much quicker
I went up mount terrible in summer only to find a Subaru outback with 4 pushbikes on the roof, followed by a Honda CRV. You never know what you're going to find on top of mount terrible.
12 mate, you said smow 12 times lol Great episode Tyler, there was definitely some narley hill climbs. Your 4WD skills are getting right up there with the best of them. Good on ya mate. Roger

Yup i love the realness of it!
Total authenticity. Legend!
I couldn't agree more. This is whay I expect when I watch 4x4 content
As good as 4WD 24/7 just different.
Awesome video and adventure, great viewing.
I reckon Pete has to be the most consistent skilled driver on you tube, absolute legend.
Jesse Gleeson from 4WD 24/7 is definitely up there too but Pete is an amazing driver who very rarely can’t drive an obstacle.
Yeah Pete's an incredible driver.
Pete makes everyone look like a bad driver 🤣That man sure can wheel!
Mate - you are so genuine in the way you present. And for that we have a lot of respect! Keep up the good work (show).
I appreciate it mate!
Pete keeps that rig light and it pays off on the hard tracks every time! Maybe the TTGQ can stay nice and light.
4wd Action?
Do you mean 4wd Auction?

Another great Aussie 4wd adventure in the Victorian High Country 😀👍.
Pete & that 3ltr Patrol, what a combo
don’t think I’ve seen him struggle on any video I’ve seen him in
Yep he's too good 😁
Great ride with very skillful driving and love the scenic views of the mountains of Australia
Glad you enjoyed it
Man your lil fella grown up now 😳 I been following you for at least 5 years if not longer.. well done 👏
Great series Tyler , appreciate all the time & effort you put in to bring us good content to watch 🤠❄️

By far one of your best videos. Absolutely loved the filming on this one. Especially the drone footage. 👏
Glad you enjoyed it!

Sunday TT EP 👌🏻. From Nav 1.0 to the big Nav 2.0 to a group of Patrols out in VHC, I love it!
I can't believe how well petes GU goes. in that rock step clip at around 20mins, From what i could see he went on the same line but didn't look nearly as sketchy as when you drove it.
Pete knows wheel spin is the enemy & uses that throttle controller of his to make achieving this a bit easier.
Light & newer tyres are key as well.
Great video, beautiful scenery and thank you for adding that permits were required for some areas.
Don’t worry about bloody Pete out driving you mate, he out drives pretty much everyone!!!!
20:33 Watched this again after that near rollover of Shauno at 4wd247 and Pete is truly a master of picking lines
Master of the tracks! haha
Outstanding footage with driving to match, plus no hype/bullshit , awesome to watch.
appreciate it mate!
Great video mate. Got to love the patrol team. Was down there when I was 18. Now to go back and take the wife and kids down there. Going through the snow is a different bowl game. Keep up the great 📹 mate.

Nice cinematography of the snow on the flora at Mt Skeene
Can't believe you didn't stay the last night in the Mt. Terrible hut. It's a great hut now after being rebuilt many years ago and the little pot-belly keeps it nice and warm on a cold winters night.
Yeah the hut looked super nice too but not as much room for all of us
Great content like always

Brave man going for a winter swim lol. Great video , Victorian high country is an amazing place video didn't do it justice.
Yep its awesome there!
From that Mt Terrible camp, the area to the right of Mt Buller would be The Bluff / Mt Howitt area. Great views and awesome content as always Tyler.

Looks like a blast
Can take a collapsible bucket and heat the river water on the fire then use a cup to shower. You can use a sponge too.
Nice one Tyler

Yep it's a TT vid.
