Just A Tip: for anyone that has a keloid, I used natural aloe to get rid of mine. I had my nose pierced 3 times and the 1st two times I had to take it out because the stupid bump wouldn't go away.. The 3rd time I was determined to get rid of it, so at night a cut a little piece of aloe and placed it on the bump, left it over night with a band aid on it so it wouldn't fall off and it was gone after doing it for 5days straight. Never got it again and I've had it pierced for over 3 years now.. Hope this helps!!!!
That what I do when the keloid comes up, it does go away after a couple of days of putting aloe, but after some weeks it comes back again!! I had my tragus piercing for over 5 years and I only get a keloid in one of the piercings

do you know of any other methods to clean them?? i have my industrial and the keloids suck!!
Aloe is the only thing that worked for me.
I tried sea salt with hot water every night, then while cleaning the pierced area I put the piercing in hot water with sea salt to disinfect the piercing, once the piercing was done disinfecting I would take it out and dry it and let it get cold and put it back on. After a couple of months it completely healed

If you have trouble sleeping with your new piercing, you have to sleep with a travel pillow, ive done it, you have to get your pierced ear in the hole and then it doesnt hurt as much and it also heals with no pressure on it! Just a smart tip!

I’ve had mine since February and I would think the pain would go away but nooo 😭 it still hurts a lot when I accidentally hit it. I thought it wasn’t normal until she said she dealt with pain for 12 months 😂😂

Yup, I had both of my industrials done that same day and that was the worst decision I've made (when it comes down to piercings). Couldn't sleep at night. Love, love your piercings. 💜

The Medusa Piercing Doesn't Hurt At All . I Had Mines Done But I Took It Out Just Because Is Actually Really Cute & It Only Bothers You The First Couple Of Days After That It's Amazing & Thankfully ! It Doesn't Leave Any Type Of Scar

Clean your new piercings with antibacterial hand soap I used the one that turns into foam. It got rid of my keloids 😊

My industrial hurt but it’s my favorite one ! It took about 6 months to heal , i just cleaned it at night and in the morning with antibacterial soap and water on a q tip then rinse with water. Sometimes I was just so busy so i just rinsed it with water but if I just sticked to my routine it would probably heal faster. The sea salt rinse was also good but I got a bump around the 3rd month and the antibacterial soap cleared it faster because at that same time I also had my belly button pierced and i did that one with the salt and it went slower .

I had the "medusa" piercing but I had to take it out because it got super swollen and gave me a bruise in the inside of my lip but it didn't leave me with a scar. I'm thinking about getting it back I just don't want it to get really swollen again. I even had the long jewelry and it was hurting my lip

Same issue, I had my belly button pierced took it off and I have a nasty scar ! Hate it! So I decide to get it again..... WELL let me tell you, when they pierce thru the scar tissue you have from the piercing ohhhh lord it gets uncomfortable and it's pretty painful. Good luck!

there is a minor procedure you can have done for your lip piercing scar. they basically take skin from inside the piercing invert it out so the the scar isn't there anymore.!(:
Love your piercings! My fiancé wants to get an industrial done but I asked him to wait until AFTER the wedding since they take so long to heal. I like the idea of the piercing above your lip, the only worry I would have is your beautiful teeth and the piercing rubbing up against it! i got both of my industrails done at the same time. i taught i was gonna die trying to sleep i had to sleep on my back (which i am not a back sleeper) and be still af lmao im so mad i had to get one of them out cause even after a year it wasnt healing right. but i LOVE piercings too.
Why can't ppl who get the industrial just get two little helix jewelry so it's less trauma to the ear? And maybe it will heal better

What did you use to take care of your industrial ?
Deyanira Tejeda i just put a q tip in water, just to wet it and rubbed it on an antibacterial soap bar and went around the piercing then rinse with water. In the morning and at night. If you get a bump just keep using the antibacterial soap, and Sea salt water rinses in the middle of the day. Mine healed in 6 months.

I feel the same way about piercings!! I got my very first piercing at 14 lol which was my nose and then I my belly then a monroe which i still have all of then except my nose. Im thinking for piercing my collarbones. But guys please be careful where you go to get pierced! Many places are not certified or sanitize!!
