Great video. I do this with only two strands. Do you know how to add feathers? Or make a hip hei out of feathers only? I know people use glue, or wrap wire around it and stick it into the hei, but doesn't sound very professional.
Gille87 hey my tahitian cousin! Lol I make the hip first, and I actually do use hot glue to add my long rooster tail feathers. I add them to the middle of the rafia or moré and you don't even see the glue. It stays really well. I'm actually going to make a few hip bands now, I'll send you a pic when they are done. other people may sew the feathers onto a hip band if the feathers are already sewn together in a long strand.
