I don't know what details you're talking about because all the ingredients are listed in the description box below, you can get there by just clicking on the title of the video. And I explained and showed what I did In The video . So if a person still don't understand that shows how slow they are not smart. Smart people try to problem solve by asking questions not resort to insults.
Would have been nice if you would have told us if you seared it on high, low, or medium heat. Also the temp you had the oven at. I have to give you a 👎 for attention to detail.
@Nisha you basically just searing it on the stove for about 2 mins on each side then into the over for about 5-10 minutes depending on how you like it cooked.
Thanks for the video I didn't know people put T-Bones in the oven. I'm actually getting ready to cook a T-Bone right now. I'm loving this video😂

What do you preheat the oven to and how long do you leave it in
400 degrees for 4 mins if you need your steak well done leave it in longer.

Close to high to get a good sear. 400 in the oven

You did not say how high the temperature should be in the oven when you put the steak in otherwise, the video was OK

why wash the meat ? that washes away all the good fatty meat flavor
Never heard of washing away flavor. Flavor is in the fat of the meat you can't wash away fat only cut it off with a knife but okay.
