I watched an interview where Bluder said she trained the team for 3pt and layups as the effectiveness of paint shots are not as good. So Caitlin was trained for 4 years to the 3pt and layups.. That's what she's good at and should be used in this way.

We all know that coach Sides is trying to downplay CC. Not calling plays for her or even not making plays that involve her to have an open shot. BUT even though Sides might limit CC's shooting, Caitlin accepts the challenge and shifts from shooter to assist master, steal's leader, boards contributor. CC does this out of a sense of sportsmanship, to do as she is asked by her coach, even though her instructions are a bad decision from the coach.
What’s realistic about CC is she’s the best basketball player I’ve ever seen. She is an all-around athlete and will go down in history as being the GOAT. If her teammates can learn how to catch the ball and make layups they can win it all.

Angel Reese is an awesome player. I wouldn't have found out about her had it not been for CC. In fact, I've never been a basketball fan...not that I hate basketball, I just never gave it the time of day. BUT, because of CC and Angel Reese, I love watching BB now. I'm in the process of going back and seeing the pro championships of NBA back in the 80's and 90's. It's fascinating!

The ONLY reason I started watching the WNBA is because of CC. I immediately hated her teammates. Now I can add her coach to that list. I will say that Aliyah Boston has won my heart. If Clark had a supporting cast that could finish off of her pinpoint passes they would have won the game in Chicago. Separately, I wonder why the Fever coach saw the same play being run for Reese to go to the right side of the basket time and again and made no defensive adjustments to stop it or slow it down. A properly positioned defender would not haveallowed Reese to make so many of the same shots at the rim, step out/step up and it stops. It was obvious by the fact that everything Sky attempted to put up in the 4th resulted in a foul allowing Sky to come back from a 15pt deficit. Accompanied with Sides moving Clark and making Wheeler the PG , leaving Clark in the game but pushed aside to the corner not touching the ball as her coach and teammates threw the games . Whether it is a gambling issue? Which we've all seen in the NFL, or Jealousy with Sides and Clarks teammates. But Clark had more assist then her team combined. They are deliberately ruining Clarks rookie year stats. Apparently they are embarrassed by this woman's ability compared to their own . They would rather throw the game and take the loss. Risk losing the current fan increase. Ticket sales and viewership than allow Clark to perform at her best. I for one will not view another game until Sides and her sidekicks are removed . The ONLY reason I started watching the WNBA is because of CC. I immediately hated her teammates. Now I can add her coach to that list. I will say that Aliyah Boston has won my heart. If Clark had a supporting cast that could finish off of her pinpoint passes they would have won the game in Chicago. Separately, I wonder why the Fever coach saw the same play being run for Reese to go to the right side of the basket time and again and made no defensive adjustments to stop it or slow it down. A properly positioned defender would not haveallowed Reese to make so many of the same shots at the rim, step out/step up and it stops. Looked likeSmith was passive on defensive although she was called for fouls.

It was obvious by the fact that everything Sky attempted to put up in the 4th resulted in a foul allowing Sky to come back from a 15pt deficit. Accompanied with Sides moving Clark and making Wheeler the PG , leaving Clark in the game but pushed aside to the corner not touching the ball as her coach and teammates threw the games . Whether it is a gambling issue? Which we've all seen in the NFL, or Jealousy with Sides and Clarks teammates. But Clark had more assist then her team combined. They are deliberately ruining Clarks rookie year stats. Apparently they are embarrassed by this woman's ability compared to their own . They would rather throw the game and take the loss. Risk losing the current fan increase. Ticket sales and viewership than allow Clark to perform at her best. I for one will not view another game until Sides and her sidekicks are removed . And I doubt if Simon will remove Side until he sees ticket sales have dropped. No one is there to see Reese , her game is as fake as those eye lashes. If Clark took the shot instead of the assist she would be fighting Wilson for top scorer. And you don't lose a 15pt lead and blame Clark for not taking a shot with no time on the clock. You blame the coach that made the changes that lost that 15 pt lead and never passed off to Clark. Best of luck to Clark. You should have took IceCubes offer.
