the ability to do routine scratches at 125 bpm is priceless - great Job!
I find 100-140 bpm to be easy. 70-80 and 140-160 can be difficult bc I would have to do open fader techniques.
This controller just came out and he already going crazy!

I sold my pioneer djm s9 to replace it with the Rane 70 and bought the Rane one for my gigs. I thought denon dj was going to come out with a 4 channel moving platters. but looking at this controller I'm for sure buying this pioneer ddj rev 7! I can't wait to get my hands on this controller!

Brooooooo!!! I just got my Rev7 and only had a brief chance to test it out before heading off to Europe. Couldn't sleep due to jet lag and watching this makes me can't wait to get home and bang on that beast!!! Forget the vacation, I wanna scratch!!! 🤘😜 It'll take me a while to be a fraction as good as you, but I'll damn well give it a try! Very inspiring bro! Great performance and great tips! How do you get the FILL OUT effect activated? I like the way you used it in this performance.
awesome vid, I just got mine setup this morning and coming from using an SRT for the last few years im having muscle memory issues when I need to speed up and slow down. The only other thing that seems to be happening for me is after I scratch in a song (or same song as instant double) it seems to be late and I have to bend or nudge. I know im cutting on beat but the release seems delayed.

Question- is there a way to disable the motorized jog wheels? I’m learning how to beat match for when I get some CDJ3000s but can’t figure out how to do this when the wheels keep going round and round.

Anyone know of a more secure way to exit the Scratch Bank (SB) mode?
Seems you can enter SB mode via shift-#4PadMode or dedicated action key in the Slot/Pad row. Exit is by shift-PerformancePad or shift-Slot/Pad. But if you entered via the dedicated action key and mistakenly exit via shift-PerformancePad, you erase a cue for the sample.
