I came to this via a VERY circuitous route! I was doing research on British comedian/actor Lenny Henry and it said he sang backup with Prince and Kate Bush on this. Wow! Never heard this b4. I like it!!

This is just such a fabulous song. I don't know why. Perhaps it's because it's Kate Bush??? And this demo is actually far better than the over-produced finished version IMHO. Kate must be about the only artist that ever had to cut down the voluntary input of a superstar like Prince in the final mix. And there's the strange slightly off-key chord in the chord progression - who does that???? Wow.

A lot of artists collaborated with prince, and a lot of good music came about because of it. But he’s definitely a master of music.
