Thanks for showing us all the interesting things along the Birdsville Track. It’s more than just a road.

It’s so much more than a track. The entire outback is like that. There is nothing there but so much to see at the same time. It’s so strange 😂

One more reason why Jeep fuel tanks capacity are ridiculously small and need to be twice the capacity. 40 gal should be standard fuel on all jeeps , with a smaller or even larger tanks being an option. Many of us who enjoy exploring and going overland trips hate having to manage external fuel cans.

Agree would be amazing to have the option when new. We have been looking at long range tanks but the cost adds up to more then we spend on fuel on a long trip. So for now we will tolerate having to carry jerry cans on our remote trips.

And to think the Birdsville Track is being back to being boggy after a few mls of rain. A large group of people got stuck at Mungerannie. They were heading to the Birdsville Bash. Looking at the socials, it appears they had a blast!

They would’ve been looked after so well at Mungerannnie and would’ve been great for the lovely new owners.
