Never as there been such a wide adventure as this, so absorbing and exciting enjoyment to the senses as this. I do so love this tomb raider, I just can't wait for the next adventure. 👍
I gotta admit, this is pretty impressive. I haven't played this game in close to 2 years and for whatever reason, stopped shortly after arriving at Paititi. Because it had been so long I had forgotten most of the story leading up to that point so I wanted to watch one of these "movies" to bring me back up to speed. I was only expecting the cut scenes but this showed so much more. I also noticed a lack of typical in-game hints, indicators, and whatnot and just figured there was a setting to turn all of that off. But after reading the description, I now have a much better appreciation for all the work that went into this. This was far more cinematic and movie-like than I expected. Well done!
Me too, I think once we got to Paititi, there was a lull in the action and more just exploring and talking to villagers… which is OK first time around but in a replay maybe a bit dull.
So happy to experience this story, while not being able to play the game! Your editing and cutting out of too obvious game elements is seamless. A very enjoyable viewing, thankyou!

Hey Andy, amazing work yet again, blown away by the seamless gameplay (i finally realize the hours you put in, Thank You) absolutely loved The Order (that was an RPG? No way!) A Gilleand Production is the only way to enjoy a long adventure, no doubt. Thumbed & Subbed.
This my... twelfth watch of the trilogy you put together. What more can I say. It's absolutely... wonderful? Magnificent? Uh... cool? All the above, and none of the above. For people like me who will never be able to play these games, to have someone with the ability, skill and knowledge to make a movie of it, is just mind blowing! There are just no words that fit! That being said, this was supposed to be the new reboot of the trilogy of Lara Croft. But I have heard they are making a new game. "The Revelation" Have you heard of that?
I've heard about a few things. One is an animated series that supposedly connects the old games to the new games. Another is a new game series that I believe continues off later in Lara's life (so like after the old games timeline) and then another is a live action tv show being developed by Phoebe Waller Bridge.
Your dedication in making this is mind-blowing. Thank you so much. I like to have it playing as I work on my VFX projects, since I don't have enough time to play the game again.

I didn't play Anniversary, but the other two I know I enjoyed when I played them. Then I tried going back to Underworld after I had played the new series, and I found it really hard to go back to that old style. Maybe at some point I'll try replaying them again, we'll see.

Another well done. I have just bought the Shadow of the Tomb Raider game and I am glad I had watched this before getting into the game. Makes me more excited about playing it. Also lets me know I am in for a lot of puzzle solving. LOL.

The porvenir oil field chapter was the darkest and full tilt Rambo part of the game but Dominguez was an weak villain he didn’t have the charismatic leadership to head an organization like trinity konstantine would have fit that role better to say he was psychologically imposing and threatening but Dominguez is more of an underling character. The conflict between Lara and Jonah got quickly resolved that really had no development for most part . The story moved on very quickly and never invested or expanded the characters including Rourkes involvement with trinity he should have been written out apart from being the cliche 1980’s Saturday morning cartoon villain . Lastly: after Lara tells the queen that she had no intention of taking the box for herself when it appears on the desk in Lara’s office at Croft manor during the post end credits scene in other words she lied.

I just read through the description, and dude, you could have searched for a HUD mod on the nexusmods website... This would have removed all the gameplay icons and the weapon reticle, so the time and energy spent on frame-by-frame editing should have been reduced by a lot. If you have a hard time aiming without a reticle when the HUD is off, I'd suggest sticking a tiny piece of tape on the center of your monitor to act as a placeholder for the reticle.
I did enjoy playing Days Gone, but the game's story and missions, to me, didn't feel like they would necessarily translate that well to movie format. There are parts of the game that would for sure, but other parts where I imagine the viewer would get bored. After playing it, while I enjoyed parts of it, I wasn't super confident that it would make for a good movie once edited, so I didn't include it on my last poll. Perhaps I'll reconsider in the future, but for now I'm focusing on other games.

andy ! i just got through watching all the batman arkham movies, all of the assassin's creed's and the spiderman movie, this was amazing just as the others ! also, i highly recommend resident evil 7, nothing really like the other resident evil's and the horror storyline of the movie is so insane and entertaining that i think it would make for an amazing movie if you made it . i know you have horizon zero dawn to finish and probably already have a plan for what you're doing after , but just a suggestion anyways !
The first time through I thought it was just okay, although I loved the performances. I think the second time through I appreciated the story much more, and honestly might like it more than the others, but it's hard to say. I'd probably need to watch all 3 back to back to decide that.
You sir are a legend, not just for the quality put together movies but because you leave the subtitles OFF! Which for those of us blessed with hearing mean our eyes aren't constantly dragged to where the subtitles are being displayed so we can actually enjoy the movie :o)

I considered it at the time but decided against it because it didn't really feel like it had a main story. There are several mini stories that happen throughout it, but it didn't feel like a movie would make much sense. A series might work, but I do prefer doing movies.

@@ffffffffffffff43 I'm saying I don't have any way to capture the game footage. The Vita doesn't have an HDMI out port, and the Playstation TV can't play Golden Abyss, so neither option works. I hope they can release it as a remaster, because I would absolutely make a movie of it if they did!
Just turn your volume up. These videos are recorded with surround sound, so they're designed around powered speaker systems. While they still sound fine listening on my phone, they will sound a lot better if you have speakers or good headphones to listen to them with, where you can turn the volume up.

There are a few Sonic games that have decent stories, but the gameplay is not really all that cinematic, so it's hard to say whether they would make good movies. I'm thinking Unleashed would probably be the best candidate, and maybe the gameplay would work well if I memorized the levels to near perfection, so that it flows great. Right now though, I only have that game for PS3, which has poor performance in that game. I know you can mod Generations to play Unleashed levels, but I'd need the cutscenes in good quality with it, and I don't think they carry over.
I upload my videos with English subtitles, which can be automatically translated when viewed in a browser, and I try to add other languages occasionally myself, but I will also upload translated subs and description when requested, so just make sure to request that on videos you want translations for and I'll do my best to get to it. I've just added Indonesian to this video. Let me know if there are any other videos you'd like me to translate.

Took my time and saw this over 4 days time. Quite a production. This Lara is deadly, beautiful and smart but above all driven to get what she wants.

I didn't play Anniversary, but the other two I know I enjoyed when I played them. Then I tried going back to Underworld after I had played the new series, and I found it really hard to go back to that old style. Maybe at some point I'll try replaying them again, we'll see.

Dialogue audio seems quite low compared to the scene audio. Not talking about overall normalization or volume.

I would like to do that. It's been on my polls this year but my viewers have understandably favored me working on newer games. I hope to eventually do it, but we'll see how the voting goes in future polls.

@@ffffffffffffff43 I'm saying I don't have any way to capture the game footage. The Vita doesn't have an HDMI out port, and the Playstation TV can't play Golden Abyss, so neither option works. I hope they can release it as a remaster, because I would absolutely make a movie of it if they did!

Just turn your volume up. These videos are recorded with surround sound, so they're designed around powered speaker systems. While they still sound fine listening on my phone, they will sound a lot better if you have speakers or good headphones to listen to them with, where you can turn the volume up.

Please do a movie of sonic games
There are a few Sonic games that have decent stories, but the gameplay is not really all that cinematic, so it's hard to say whether they would make good movies. I'm thinking Unleashed would probably be the best candidate, and maybe the gameplay would work well if I memorized the levels to near perfection, so that it flows great. Right now though, I only have that game for PS3, which has poor performance in that game. I know you can mod Generations to play Unleashed levels, but I'd need the cutscenes in good quality with it, and I don't think they carry over.

I upload my videos with English subtitles, which can be automatically translated when viewed in a browser, and I try to add other languages occasionally myself, but I will also upload translated subs and description when requested, so just make sure to request that on videos you want translations for and I'll do my best to get to it.
