The main theme she plays a bit faster than most other pianists. I prefer her interpretation, but maybe tempo it also a matter of current moods. I am playing it myself as well and really enjoy the piece together with other "months" of Tchaikovskys "Seasons". Here, I love the swinging of the gondola, the rising and falling waves , the ripples crossing, the subtlety of emotions, the richness, the narration -- heart to heart.
Agreed, I normally play it about half of the speed she does. I think the danger with playing fast is that the individual notes are not heard. It also gives less time to reflect on the voices.
In a competition with a short time limit you would need to play at this speed.
I think she is the best but Yuja wang is better than her

That long stretched out ending (after the final reprise of the main theme) is tough to carry through and make it sound musical -- especially when it gets so low and muddy on the piano. She did as good a job as I have heard. Very nice.
