- In this video I show you the whole process I went through to design and build an electronics box for Jugglebot.
My intention in this video is to show you the many mistakes that I made throughout this process and to hopefully help you avoid those same mistakes if you ever find yourself designing an electronics box for your own project.
I found this process really interesting and I think it turned out very well.
As always, if you have any thoughts, please let me know in the comments!

Seems that the design has a couple of problems: lateral "shakiness" and a hard to remove top lid. But I really enjoyed how symmetrical and cool it looks like. (I know that it was probably redesigned multiple times since)
I'm not sure what you mean by "lateral shakiness", but the box was actually super stiff once the lid was on. I was very impressed by how stiff the corflute was!
Agreed on the difficulty-of-removal of the lid. That got old fast 😜
And yes, Jugglebot has moved well past this electronics box now. I still have it (mostly) together, but that's mostly because I like the sentiment and I can't be bothered to take it apart 😛
No sound between 20:10 and 1:12:00 :(
Also timecodes from the description didn't parse correctly; seems like you should use hh:mm:ss notation
Yeah I added music to these parts without really understanding copyright and TH-cam was unhappy about it. Had to remove all sound during those sections 😢
